Our goal for Stretford is to create a new high street infrastructure, providing a pedestrianised town centre in replace of the current failing mall. We would create a tunnel for one direction of traffic so to provide enhanced pedestrian access to the area with easier crossing. The Town Centre is designed to pull people from the residential areas through commercial and to the public hall and esoldo, where our individual schemes will seek to augment the current community experience.
